For the 2022-2023 season, SJRA will be hosting 8 teams:

• R4U1 - Kodiaks
• R4U2 - Penguins
• U10
• U12
• U14A - amalgamation with Southwest and Macdonald
• U14B
• U16B - amalgamation with Macdonald
• U19B - amalgamation with Macdonald, NWRA, and Portage
